Ms. Michalczyk was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1984. She graduated from Hofstra Law School in 1983 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from New York University in 1980. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Women's Bar Association, and the Suffolk County Bar Association. She has over thirty (30) years experience practicing law in Nassau, Suffolk, Kings, Queens, and Brooklyn Counties. She also practices in Federal Court.
She was formerly a volunteer as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster care children reporting to the Court about the conditions of children living in foster care. She is active in her community, her childrens' school, and in her religious community. Ms. Michalczyk has been in business since 1984, serving a wide variety of clients as well as assisting her local community in whatever manner she can. She genuinely cares about the interests and concerns of her clients, and adds a kind, objective, human voice to the cold law.
Ms. Mildred Michalczyk practices in the areas of Immigration Law, Family Law, Divorce Law, Matrimonial Law, Trusts and Estates, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Criminal Defense as well as General Trial Practice. She practices in the Counties of Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, New York, Kings and Westchester. She also handles all phases of Appellate work.
