We offer our
clients honest
legal advice

When hiring an attorney, it is essential to ensure that he or she has your best interests at heart. Oftentimes, attorneys align their will with that of the Court system, ignoring the will and intention of their clients. Ms. Michalczyk has been providing honest, genuine representation of her clients' interests for over 30 years.
As long as there is a legal basis to substantiate her clients' position, Ms. Michalczyk will fight like a lion, utilizing available mechanisms for rebuke of corrupt judges such as appeal, writ of mandamus, writ of certiorari as well as whatever means necessary to accomplish the will of her clients, regardless of the (potentially corrupt) judge's position. A neutral and detached judiciary is essential to ensure the proper administration of Justice, however as we all know, that is often not the case.

Respect of the
client, honesty
& competence

She is capable of handling many legal matters, including matrimonial law, family law, criminal law, medical malpractice, civil litigation and appellate practice.
Mildred Michalczyk practices in both Nassau and Suffolk County along with Brooklyn (for appellate practice). No matter how adverse your legal situation is, it can only get better through the expert advice of neutral counsel. Ms. Michalczyk is a skilled trial lawyer, experienced with the rules of evidence and can litigate even the most tenuous of cases.
